Canes Medical School
Canes Medical School (CMS) is graduate medical school under the Department of Health and Human Services and it is located in the H.H.S. Headquarter in Westhedge. Founded in 2023, by Secretary Gabriel L. Barclay. CMS is the second established educational institution in Vindex Nation after the Viridis State University, it is affiliated with several teaching hospitals and clinics include Seawall Hospital, San Amaro Hospital, The Seawall Clinic and The Barclay Health Clinic (Addersfield).

History
The Canes Medical School is founded in 2023, by Secretary of Health and Human Services Dr. Gabriel L. Barclay. It is named after the The 6th, 8th, 10th Secretary of Health and Human Services Dr. Thomas Canes, to remember his outstanding achievements and contributions to the department and the medical industry. The motto of Canes Medical School is ''Visio et Veritas'' which means Vision and Truth.
Before the establishment of CMS, most medical trainings are held in the Seawall hospital and the Viridis State University. The location of CMS will be in the new H.H.S. Crepe Adams Health Center (Westhedge) instead of the current one (Yasmine Fleury Health Center). The Barclay Health Foundation has decided to invest $1.5 million into Canes Medical School for its renovations, resource development, training expense etc.
The date of the opening ceremony is still to be confirmed, it will include a introductory of the school facilities, the administrative board and the honorary doctorate degree ceremony. It is believed to be held after the renovation of the building.

Organisation and Administration
The university's board of trustees, the governing and executive body of the university, comprises appointed independent persons – all of whom are non-executive from the Barclay Health Foundation, the Vice-Chancellors, the Secretary of Health and Human Services, the President of Vindex Nation, appointed by the Department of Health and Human Services.
The Chancellor will always be the acting Secretary of Health and Human Services, The position of Chancellor can be terminated by the board of trustees if it occurs. The Vice-Chancellors are appointed by the board of trustees according to their experience in the medical field and must be part of the leadership of the Department of Health and Human Services.
The Honorary president is the President of Vindex Nation, eligible to advise the CMS administration. The current honorary president is H.E. President Dixie Normous.
