Dr Gabriel L. Barclay (Gabriel_DNG) is the Chancellor of Canes Medical School, current Secretary of Health and Human Services under the Normous Administration. He was the 29th Chief Physician of the Department of Health and Human Services. He was Pope Leo XIV, the 3rd Pope of Rome. Early Life in Barclay Family
Dr. Barclay was given the place of CFO in Barclay & Co., he worked in the real estate department assisting his brother Michael J. Barclay to manage the company. He used to live in House5 located near the college, then later moved to the Barclay Family House. Gabriel Barclay is the youngest brother among the three, the Barclay family is known for the massive asset and its financial role in the world. VHD Career
Surgeon (2019 - 2020)
Dr. Gabriel L. Barclay was taught by former surgeon general Deadly__, and appointed surgeon. He worked in Psych ward at the old Seawall Hospital, was later transferred to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) as surgeon officer. Dr. Barclay has experienced the covid pandemic, bioweapon attack and seasonal mental epidemic. He was later chosen as the surgeon commander at the hospital by former Secretary Yasmine Fleury, then later left Vindex Health Department due to his priesthood.
VHD Trainer (2020 - 2023)
Dr. Gabriel Barclay was appointed VHD Trainer after his resignation of papacy in Rome. He trained over 20 surgeons in his term, becoming the head trainer in mid 2022. He served under seven Secretary of HHS, fifth-teen surgeon generals and a recipient of three employee of month. Dr. Barclay renovated the redstone system under the new Seawall Hospital, became a member of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
Chief Physician (25 February 2023 ~ 27 May 2023)
Dr. Gabriel Barclay was appointed Chief Physician by former Secretary of HHS, worked under former Surgeon General Will Fairweather management. Dr. Gabriel Barclay founded the Barclay Health Foundation, aim to sponsor HHS staff and to provide the highest quality of medical service. The foundation later invested over $500,000 into the construction and renovation of the Barclay Health Clinic in Addersfield, the second clinic officially recognised by DHHS beside the Seawall Clinic. Dr. Barclay was chosen for Secretary of Health and Human Services in President Dixie Normous shadow cabinet. His term as Chief Physician in the Vindex Health Department ends when the new president elect was announced.
Secretary of Health and Human Services (28 May 2023 - )
Dr. Gabriel L. Barclay was officially appointed as The Secretary of Health and Human Services by President Normous on the 28th of May 2023, the nomination is passed by the Senate. The Barclay Health Foundation has donated $600,000 to the Treasury of Vinish Nation, solving the debt crisis left by the Oro Administration. His head office is in the DHHS Headquarter, the second office is located in the White House west wing according to the law and rights. Secretary Barclay aims to improve the efficiency of VHD and VFD, securing the safety of the staff while giving emergency medical services. Secretary Barclay promised to open a Medical University, the second educational institution in the nation after Seawall College. It will be located at the New DHHS Headquarter, the Barclay Health Foundation plans to invest $120,0000 in the medical school, renovations of the new headquarter, expansion of clinics and maintenance for Vindex Fire Department.

Dr. Gabriel Barclay ran office in the Congress, had a variety of experiences in both Senate and House of Representatives. He voted numerous bills and was recognised for his outstanding contributions by several presidents and Speaker of the House. At the 57th Congress Dr. Gabriel Barclay resigned due to his position in the cabinet and appointment for Secretary of Health and Human Services. Speaker Vancy Vactricia Velosi accepted his resignation. He later promised of returning to Congress until the end of his term as the Secretary of Health and Human Services.
Priesthood
Dr Gabriel Barclay left the Vindex Health Department for his lifetime mission, after the summoning of God the Holy Father in Seawall Church. He was appointed as the pontifical guard by Pope Pius XVI. Father Gabriel was give the catholic name ''Leo'' by H.H. Pope Pius XVI in the Roman seminary. He was later awarded Knight Grand Cross of the Order of St. Gregory the Great (GCSG) by Pope Pius XVI due his service to the stability of Rome. Father Gabriel Barclay was sent to Vinish to continue the service of God under Pope Emeritus Young I management.
Papacy 2020-2022
On the 26th of June 2020, after the passing of Pope Pius XVI. Cardinal Gabriel Barclay was appointed and succeeded to the seat of pope. The new pope chose 'Leo' as the name, because of Sanctus Leo I, he admired the Saint's contributions to the church. On 15th September, Leo XIV celebrated the Papal Inauguration mass in St Peter's Basilica, Rome. He prayed in his inauguration mass,
'' Dear brothers and sisters, after the great Pope Pius XVI, the Cardinals recognised me, a simple, humble labourer in the vineyard of the Lord. The fact that the Lord knows how to work and to act even with insufficient instruments comforts me, and above all, I entrust myself to your prayers. In the joy of the Risen Lord, confident of his unfailing help, let us move forward. The Lord will help us, and Mary, His Most Holy Mother, will be on our side. Thank you.''
On the 10th of July, Leo XIV opened the Holy Doors in St Peter's Basilica, he declare the Jubilee Year of Mercy. Pope Leo XIV resigned from the position of Supreme Pontiff on the 8th of August 2020, he shall remain as Leo XIV remained as "Bishop of Rome, Cardinal Camerlengo, Successor of Saint Peter". On the 11th of September 2020, the Consul of Rome, Nicholas Romanov and fellow leader was banned. Leo XIV as the acting Cardinal chamberlain, announced the Papal National Emergency Order of Rome and it expired on the 15th of September 2020. After 1 month, He crowned the former Pope Pius XIV as the Prince Regnant of Rome in St. Peter's Basilica.
On the 10th of October 2022, H.H. Pope Young I was elected by The College of Cardinals and succeeds as the 4th Pope of Rome. Leo XIV retained the title of Pontiff Emeritus.
