SEMANTICS: "Vindex" is always written as "Vindex Nation" or "V.N." in official settings. Just as how "America" is always written as "the United States" or "U.S.". "The" is not used infront of "Vindex Nation" or "Vindex" because it is a name unlike "the United States". Additionally, it's demonym is "Vinish".

The VIA is currently active. Previous editor was confused of the difference between superseding and preceding. In any case, CTU is the preceding agency of the VIA. If they are referring to the very small window that the VIA was disbanded for (they were reinstated not long after its brief removal as a secret, extra-legal organization), then they shall specify it as such, along with the specific time frame.
