Laughing Laboratories, Inc. is a Vinish-based scientific research and weapons development organization founded in 2013.

History

1960's

Laughing Laboratories, Inc. founded as Laughing Pharmaceuticals by Oswin Laff, was primarily dedicated to the manufacturing and distribution of medicine and a part time soft drink maker - earning a local "best beverage" award for a new kind of soda - in 1966, Oswin rebranded the company to Laughing Labs as the company would soon expand it's pharmaceutical capabilities. Oswin had purchased some land in the north-eastern state of Valena, Mobteria with one alternate location stationed in a docking yard warehouse located in Bayside City, Mobteria.

1960's - 1970's

Throughout the late 1960's and early 1970's, Laughing Labs would go on to start it's more comprehensive research programs. Many of these programs would be haphazardly thrown together with little to no real organization and many medicinal testing was found to be cheaper to just test and document effects of medicine on people rather than animals which was a popular choice for subjects in the industry at the time. Because of this, Laughing Labs had decided it was cheaper to solely rely on volunteers, rather than pay subjects which was a practice done by LL before the "Voluntary Medicinal Research Program".

1980's

The 1980's had marked a new decade of innovation for the company. Due to partnership issues with tech giants such as IBM, General Electric and Intel, LL had started it's own Technological Research & Development Division marking the company's endeavor for technological advancements. Laughing Labs had started developing their own machines and operating systems to be used among the scientists and engineers. It was during this time, LL had developed machines such as the "LL Quick Calculating Super Computer", and the "LL Problematically Probability Proving Machine" (A device made for married men to suggest what they should and shouldn't say to their wives).
