Vindex Nation Secretary of Health and Human Services is the head of Vindex Nation Department of Health and Human Services, concerned with health matters. The Secretary is a member of the President's Cabinet. The office was Secretary of State and Surgeon General respectively before it was merged.

In 2018, the Department of Health was merged with the Department of State. Seylum Britannia headed the department after it was merged, he was previously the Secretary of State. Twin Raviva (raviva) remained as Surgeon General under the Department of Health & Human Services. Thomas Kirkman selected former Commander of Naval Bureau of Medicine and Surgery Admiral Amanda Nalgas to be the 2nd Secretary of the Health and Human Services Department.
