Dave Rohan was offered the spot of Warden by aSnowman during the final week of his 5th term as Congressman. ivanished humbly accepted and began immediate renovations. He promoted OwenGrylls as his GuardCaptain worked closely with Chief [[Thomas Manson|aTomcubed]] in ideas to stop liberations at the prison gates. Ivanished was the first to hammer the idea of monthly Prison Conferences for the public, of which continued for years after he left. The prison system was thriving under Warden Rohan. After a couple months as Warden the position of Attorney General opened up which was the dream of Mr. Rohan.  

=== Attorney General and Moderator ===

With Attorney General up for grabs, ivanished punched his application in for such a highly coveted role. Many known and reputable players were also in the running, most notably: Stampyfun, elanham, Surferboy. The selection process was one of the most competitive Rohan has ever seen, including voice interviews, essays, multiple choice tests, and multi-staged physical capabilities tests. Nearing the selection of the Attorney General, two major things happened. One, elanham dropped out of the race and two, SerialNano had extended an offer for VIA Agent to Warden ivanished. Rohan, eager to await to results of the AG selection, humbly declined VIA. On the very next day, WirelessPotato selected ivanished as the 6th Attorney General of Vindex Nation!
