Aquitaine is a state inspired by French culture, customs, and traditions. It is a land of safety, prosperity, and pleasure. Before the formation of the Grand Principality, the Kingdom of Aquitaine was an independent state, ruled by King Louis I. After several months of decline, the Aquitaine was annexed by the Kingdom of Lech as a constituent colony. It was later formed as a Grand Principality and is now ruled by H.S.H. William Winters has been a long-time player of Vindexcraft, and has had many interesting careers. Starting mainly as the heir to Winters Enterprises, a multi-million dollar business started by Lexx Winters (Lexx_Winters), he accumulated enough wealth to purchase vast amounts of land across the world, especially Lech. Over time, he lived and worked in Vindex nation as Chief Engineer of NASA, CEO of multiple companies he founded, and more. Later, he moved entirely to the Kingdom of Lech, and was granted the aristocratic title of Count of Newport due to the House of Winters' royal connections with the royalty and aristocracy of Lech, and the vast amount of land he owned. Later, the County of Newport was disestablished and the Duchy of Newport was established in its place, and William Winters has since then been the Duke of Newport.

During the formation of the Grand Principality of Aquitaine, he has been granted the sovereign position and title of H.S.H. The Grand Prince of Aquitaine, and has been ruling the Grand Principality of Aquitaine since September 3, 2022 - Present.

Grand Prince William will rest in the center. The construction project is currently under construction, and is soon to be released to the public.

H.S.H. Grand Prince William's reign saw two wars with Vindex Nation, and was victorious in both alongside the Empire of Lech. Honorable combatants who served for Aquitaine during the first war include The Rt. Hon. Joseph Winters (_CortexVortex_), and the Grand Prince of Aquitaine (William__Winters). Both were present during the taking of the Whitehouse. Honorable combatants who served for Aquitaine during the second war include The Rt. Hon. Joseph Winters (_CortexVortex_), Director-General Samuel Veltor (Comblo), Monsieur Laslow Winters (Laslow_Winters), and the Grand Prince of Aquitaine (William__Winters).

His Serene Highness William, the Grand Prince of Aquitaine, Duke of Newport, is a member of the Royal Order of the Holy Spirit, Order of St. Louis, Order of St. Michael, and the Aquitaine Legion of Honour. He is the Head of the famed House of Winters (Notable members included William__Winters, _CortexVortex_, Lexx_Winters, HeneralLuna, Tony_Winters, Alfred_Winters, Baguettte, and more). He rules over the Grand Principality of Aquitaine, the Provinces of Lutetia, Batavia, Liguria, Helvetica, and Westphalia, and the Duchy of Newport. He has also served as the Emperor-Regent of Lech, Lord of Wexford (Corland), and Count of Newport in the past.

The heir to H.S.H. Grand Prince William and the Grand Principality of Aquitaine is The Rt. Hon. Joseph Winters (_CortexVortex_). He has served as the Prime Minister of the Grand Principality of Aquitaine since the foundation of the Grand Principality in September 3, 2022. He led the Aquitaine Council during two wars, and is one of the most decorated men in Aquitaine. He is a member of the Royal Order of the Holy Spirit, is a member of the House of Winters, and is a founding father of the Grand Principality alongside H.S.H. Grand Prince William. His signature can be found beside Grand Prince William's on the Constitution of the Grand Principality of Aquitaine.
