Dave Rohan was born May 8th, 1986, at the [[Department of Health and Human Services|Vindex Hospital]] in Seawall, Vindex Nation. He grew up as an orphan and resorted to a life of crime at a very young age. He purchased his first vehicle at the age of sixteen, a Harley Davidson, which he used to perpetuate his life of crime. Dave was inspired by notorious criminal Jab8 and his respective criminal organization, Bravata. Dave Rohan along with Cashman and TheDeadMeme started their own criminal gang around this same time. After many months, Dave Rohan had an epiphany and realized how destructive his behavior was and decided to quit his criminal way for a life of good will and health. At this time, Dave decided to go to college. Dave Rohan attended Vindex College at the age of eighteen with aspirations of becoming a police officer. After failing the police exam, Rohan decided for a career change and in 2017, decided to study to become a Prison guard. After much effort and plenty of hours studying, Rohan passed his Prison guard exam and became a licensed prison guard sometime mid-2017.
