The District Courts of Vindex Nation are the trial courts of the Judicial Branch of Vindex Nation. There are two district courthouses in Vindex Nation, both housed in Uptown and Addersfield, respectively. District courts' decisions can be appealed to the Supreme Court of Vindex Nation.

Jurisdiction
The Federal Judiciary Act of 2023 grants the ability for a district court to exercise original jurisdiction over the following types of cases:
all offenses against the laws of the Vindex Nation; all civil actions arising under the Constitution, laws, or treaties of Vindex Nation; any civil case of admiralty or maritime jurisdiction; any civil action arising under any Act of Congress providing for internal revenue, or revenue from imports or tonnage; any case to recover damages or to secure equitable or other relief under any Act of Congress providing for the protection of civil rights, including the right to vote; any civil action to recover possession of any office; all civil actions, suits or proceedings commenced by Vindex Nation, or by any agency or officer thereof expressly authorized to sue by Act of Congress; any civil action or claim against Vindex Nation; any action or proceeding for the recovery or enforcement of any fine, penalty, or forfeiture, pecuniary or otherwise, incurred under any Act of Congress; any seizure under any law of Vindex Nation on land or upon all waters, including those within admiralty and maritime jurisdiction; any action in the nature of mandamus to compel an officer or employee of Vindex Nation or any agency thereof to perform a duty owed to the plaintiff; and all proceedings to condemn real estate for the use of Vindex Nation or its departments or agencies.
