Lee Guillaume immigrated to Vindex Nation in 2014. At Vinnish immigration services, he was given the name Amba Trager. Early in his life, he became friends with Stephan Mantykrus and Seth Kraid. Trager attended Seawall College and entered into the Vindex Police Force and served a brief amount of time in the Vinnish Army and later Navy. He would later go on vacation for a period of three years (2016-2019).

In late 2019, Trager returned to Vindex. Shortly after his arrival, he was enticed into immigrating to Lech to pursue a career as a Royal Guard. Trager would become a close advisor of the at the time King [[Edward I]]. Trager would also become a key member of the Lech Engineers, being involved in the construction of Kielce and Weatherbys Stadium. He would also start his political career by entering into the Bundestag as the Minister of Defense. In early 2020, King Edward I would abdicate the throne and as a result, Trager would destroy the entire Lech Navy resulting in a five year exile.

In January 2025, Trager would return to Vindex Nation, leaving Lech behind temporarily. In March of 2025, Trager would rise the ranks in the Vindex Secret Service to eventually become director of the entire operation. Shortly after his appointment, he would retire from the position and return to Lech alongside Emperor Edward I. Edward I would offer him the position of Prince of Rome where he would assume the new name of Vittorio Guillaume.

On November 10th, 2026, after much inactivity in the Bundestag, Vittorio Guillaume was elected into the position of Chancellor of Lech. Working closely with Emperor Edward I, Guillaume prioritized national infrastructure and the rebuilding of Lech legislation.

In early December, Guillaume put down the battleship ''Falkenhayn'' and the aircraft carrier Kronprinzen

On December 29th, Chancellor Vittorio Guillaume and Grand Prince William Winters of Aquitaine engaged in a legal battle over the Grand Prince's properties in Newport. The court case resulted in a victory on the side of the government, marking the first successful Eminent Domain trial and one of the first court cases to happen in many years.

On January 9th, Chancellor Guillaume declared war on Vindex while assuming emergency powers as the [[Supreme Chancellor of the Empire]]. Guillaume directly commanded the only battle that Lech won during this war. Shortly after, Vittorio Guillaume was executed at the steps of the Bundestag, ending the war and his chancellery.
