The Vindex Nation Department of the Interior (DOI) was an executive department in the V.N. federal government, founded on April 23, 2021 under the Huston Administration.
History
With the appointment of Server Administrator Extrreme in January 2021, the realm of possibility expanded in terms of creating jobs and urban development. Beginning with the refurbishments of Seawall International Airport carried out by Leo Laff on January 27, 2021, this kickstarted a series of construction projects carried out by a team of builders who would later become Interior Department employees.
Talks of a new government department arose with the establishment of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) shortly before the creation of the Department of the Interior.
Purpose
The Department of the Interior was utilized as an organizational vehicle for the government and it's various agencies. In an effort to categorize and prioritize agencies, the DOI encompassed the following agencies and duties:
- Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA)
- National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA)
- Housing & Urban Development
- Emergency & Disaster Response

Department Dissolution
The Department of the Interior was dissolved on November 14, 2021, due to the creation of the VindexCraft Build Team. Despite the dissolution, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration continued operations for several months thereafter. However, Metropolitan Transit Authority had ceased operations upon closure of the department.
