royalsnakee was meant to become CNO but because of government corruption he was replaced by Xvader. He was acting CNO. As the highest ranking DOD member. 
Snek also has a very avid career as a criminal in the rebellion. A police officer a lawyer and a judge and many many leadership positions all throughout the entire server and for a time SNEK saved the server receiving a Medal of Honor for his work in the VIA during one of the lech wars. royalsnakee is also responsible and credited for saying WIE( Now Wilden the original with Dotcom) 
From Corland which was at the he was a member of MI6. He is one of the most influential powerful and most loved character in the entire server but at the moment royalsnakee is banned for a stupid reason and polls and things have been run.
