Cars are the primary mode of transportation for traveling around the city. In order to obtain a car, you must purchase it through the Vehicle Shop GUI (/car shop). Alternatively, select jobs give you the ability to spawn job-specific cars (i.e. Taxi Driver can spawn the Taxi). To spawn a car, you must first locate one of the official car spawn locations—which can typically be found in parking lots throughout the city. Some players prefer using the /minephone command as a quick and easy way of accessing your phone, but it has some limitations. In regions that restrict commands (i.e. prison and heave), the /minephone command does not work, however you are still able to use the phone item. <div class="vc-rule">
